Finance Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a unique business in the hiring of a Finance Manager, based in Bristol.

Working alongside the UK&I Finance Director and with other senior finance peers, we are looking for a qualified accountant to lead their accounting, reporting and control activities, with opportunities to progress, grow and drive change.

This role will be a rounded, hands on accounting role leading a small team with oversight of monthly reporting and month end close, manage budget and forecasting cycle in line with wider group, oversight of cashflow and associated controls and providing value added insight and analysis to financial performance

Open to recently qualified, first time movers from practice or qualified professionals who have progressed organically within a finance department.

Paying up to £60,000, this role is office based, 5 days per week in Bristol.
