Finance Manager | South West (flex) and hybrid | £48,000 - £55,000

You’ll play a pivotal role in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and driving continuous improvement within a forward-thinking finance function.

Responsibilities will include:

• Partner with customers on financial insight and analysis 
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level metrics
• Maintain month end timetables
• Review balance sheet reconciliations
• Support preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Ensure compliance with internal control frameworks, including SOX controls
• Maintain audit trails and documentation for all processes 
• Assist with the internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules 
• Identify and implement process improvements, supporting the development of financial models and forecasting tools

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong technical knowledge 
• Familiarity with SOX controls would be desirable
