We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Finance Manager to join a high-performing team that’s as ambitious as you are. You'll work closely with commercial leaders across the globe, helping drive decision-making and ensuring the financial engine runs like a dream. You will be an ambitious and detail-oriented Finance Manager who is qualified with a strong understanding of technical accounting. This could be a first move out of practice. 

Responsible for the end-to-end finance function, you will ensure robust financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with UK accounting standards and tax regulations. You will also continue to drive improvement in financial processes. Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports 
• Maintain accurate and clean monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Provide insightful reports to senior management for strategic decision making
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable process
• Review and approve bank transactions prior to payment
• Ensure compliance with UK financial regulations including VAT, TAYE and Corporation Tax submissions
• Manage Internal and External Audit process
• Develop and implement financial controls and policies
• Work closely with the global teams to align reporting
• Partner with stakeholders on gathering data to revenue accurate revenue and cost recognition
• Provide training and support to direct reports

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA)
• Understanding of IFRS accounting standards
• Strong Excel skills
