Finance Manager - Bristol - Central

Are you a qualified accountant who is able to work in a fast paced environment? We're currently partnering with a growing and acquisitive organisation in Central Bristol to find a Finance Manager. You don't need previous management experience, but you will have the ability to motivate and direct a team of 2. This has further opportunity to progress and is a great brand on your CV!

You'll be responsible for management accounting, financial planning, reporting, analysis and driving commercial and operational value in the business by supporting strategic initiatives and influencing decisions. 

• Supervise 2 Assistant Management Accountants to produce management accounts and reviewing to make sure data is accurate
• Work closely with the operations teams to ensure financial performance are accurately reported on time to investors
• Act as a main contact for investors and operations
• Consolidate data for budget and forecast models 
• Challenge budget as part of the annual planning process, and reforecasts
• Business partner cross functionally 
• Challenge operations on spend and available resources for profitable projects or initiatives to achieve Opex and Capex optimisation 
• Support implementation of strategies 

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Positive mindset - able to motivate team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment - fast change too
• Strong Excel
• Prioritisation skills
