Finance Manager - Trowbridge

Are you a commercial accountant who enjoys partnering with operations and adding significant value? We're currently seeking a Commercially minded Finance Manager, to guide financial planning and strategy internally, and provide insight, analysis, and process improvement for external stakeholders. This role is based remotely, with some travel 1-2 times a month. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage two direct reports; and the day to day running of the finance department
• Track financial and performance status, identifying areas of improvement
• Manage financial control requirements
• Oversee weekly customer report creation and leading customer meetings
• Lead finance support, and be point of queries on costing
• Budget creation and collation, including creating of model, assumptions analysis, headcount for customer
• Contractual review and requirements, proposing negotiation points internally
• Period close support and sign off
• Be a key contributor to the Finance systems migration, and support the team

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with significant finance experience
• Excellent Mathematics or Modelling skills
• Ability to question, challenge and propose new solutions based on data analysis
• Attention to detail and ability to review others' work
