Finance Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading international business, as they look to engage with a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join their growing team.

Reporting into the Divisional Financial Controller, this role will be a good mixture of hands on application whilst also managing a team of 5, at various levels. You will have full P&L oversight over divisional monthly management accounts whilst providing insightful analysis and commentary to the business, in order to support the business improvement and change agenda. You will also ensure that your team consistently meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and high quality output.

The right candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant, with people/team management experience and someone who thrives off working in a busy, changing and fast paced environment. You will have a good balance between being hands on with the ability to delegate, whilst leading the team.
