We've just taken on a fantastic position for a qualified accountant in a Finance Manager position for a professional business based in North Bristol. This business pride themselves on a warm, inclusive, family centric culture. The role will be broad in scope, With a focus on producing and presenting the management accounts pack to the board and play a key role in strategic decision making.

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)

Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership

Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests

Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Your Profile:

ACA/ICAEW/ICAS/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant

Strong interpersonal/communication skills

Strong IT skills with Excel and ERP systems
