Finance Business Partner | £60,000 - £85,000 + Benefits | Bristol

Are you looking for a Finance Business Partnering role in a truly progressive company? We're currently collaborating with an International professional services firm in Bristol. They don't operate like a traditional corporate machine. They offer flexible working, trusting their team to manage their own time, including hybrid working. On the day-to-day, this role is stakeholder facing, working directly with business leaders, helping them understand the story behind the data and making commercial decisions.

Responsibilities: 

• Develop a pricing strategy, reviewing rates and profitability targets.  
• Deliver on all finance and commercial matters including management and improvement of gross profit margin. 
• Advise on fee structuring and negotiation, translating the data into clear insight, shaping competitive proposals and price models.
• Drive continuous improvement in pricing capability. 
• Lead monthly meetings on budgeting and forecasting, creating action plans on key metric improvements.
• Develop standardised reporting to deliver to the business 

Your Profile:

• Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Significant pricing experience within professional services / a law firm 
• Strong analytical skills 
• Very confident communicator, able to challenge and advise
