Finance Business Partner - Bristol

Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an employer of choice in Bristol region, with global presence as they look to hire a Finance Business Partner on a 12 month contract, to cover maternity leave. 

Supporting one of this businesses key divisions and revenue streams, this will be a true partnering role where you will build meaningful relationships and enable the business to make better commercial decisions, supported by data. You will also support the wider business improvement initiatives as the finance team grows into more of an advisory and commercial service to the rest of the business, as well supporting with strategic financial planning and oversight a Finance Analyst.

You will be a qualified accountant, with strong experience of finance business partnering, ideally within a professional services setting. You will have demonstrable experience of working in a changing business, with the ability to be hands on and versatile where needs be. You will consider yourself to have strong communication skills, with an ability to present and challenge with senior stakeholders where necessary. Experience with BI tools are an advantage and strong experience within Microsoft Excel is expected. 

This role is offered on a 12 month, fixed contract basis with a salary of up to £80,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits, working from a Central Bristol location on a hybrid working basis of 3 days per week in the office. You will ideally be available immediately or at short notice.
