Element are pleased to be representing a client for the appointment for a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This has arisen due to growth and will be directly collaborating with external stakeholders, growing alongside the business.
Role & Responsibilities
- Month end management reporting, with subsequent commentary
- Communicating finance information to non finance stakeholders
- Elements of financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
- Supporting non finance stakeholders with budgetary decision making
- Financial Modelling
- Deputising for Finance Business partners on an ad hoc basis
- Monitoring growth across the reigon, reporting findings where appropriate
- Identifying areas for foncintuous improvement, playing a part in business growth.
Key Characteristics
- AAT Qualified
- Looking to complete further accountancy study (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Prior experience of working with monthly management accounts
- Strong with Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience of working to tight deadlines
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail
