Finance Business Partner (18 month FTC) - Bristol - Central

Award winning and leading employer in Bristol is seeking a confident Finance Business Partner to add value at a time of growth. Supporting on projects, you will assist with decision-making and help shape strategies to drive company growth and impact. You'll be strong inter-personally and enjoy influencing and challenging stakeholders. This company offer an excellent platform to develop and great benefits. Working closely with the Head of Finance, responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with stakeholders to provide financial insights
• Lead on budgeting and forecasting processes
• Analyse data and provide management information, identifying growth and cost saving initiatives
• Monthly management accounts
• Challenge non finance stakeholders, identifying risks and opportunities 
• Performance analysis
• Continuous process improvement

Your Profile:

• Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong interpersonally
• Good Excel skills
