Are you an experienced finance assistant looking for a new challenge? If you have a keen eye for detail, are organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, then this is the role for you. Our client is seeking a finance assistant to join their dynamic and growing team. This role offers an exciting challenge to the right candidate, as you’ll be responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all financial transactions. You will have the opportunity to develop and implement processes to improve the financial operations of the business.
As the finance assistant, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting of the company. This will include managing the accounts payable and receivable, ensuring the accuracy of all financial records, preparing financial statements and reports, preparing budgets and forecasts, and reconciling bank accounts. You will also be expected to review and analyse financial information and provide advice to senior management. The finance assistant will be expected to have the following qualifications and experience: • A minimum of three years’ experience of working in finance • An accounting or finance-related degree • Experience in using accounting software systems • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team • A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and successful company, with the chance to develop and grow.
