A fast-expanding organization based in the Bath City Centre area is looking for a driven Finance and HR Manager. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get involved the monthly management accounts preparation, managing the fixed asset register, HR and office management tasks.

This is a new role in the company, and it is expected that the successful candidate will grow a career within the organisation in finance and HR managerial role.

Accountability:

• Produce and file VAT returns;
• Quarterly reports (budgeting /cashflow);
• Year-end draft accounts (P&L and balance sheet analysis)
• Monthly payroll, HMRC filing, PAYE submission and reconciliation
• HR and Office Management

Skills:

• Part Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA)
• Ideally 2-3 years experience within a similar position
• Previous payroll experience
• Strong analytical & numerical skills
