Finance Analyst - Bristol

Element are pleased to be recruiting for a finance analyst in Bristol to join their crowing team, this role has arisen due to internal team movements, and would suit a candidate with an analytical interest or background and prior finance experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintenance of the finance reporting system
• Looking at headcount reports and variance analysis
• Posting of month end journals
• Analysis on key business areas, focusing on sales, spend and IT
• Initial analysis for business costings
• Maintenance of the asset register
• Annual budgeting and forecasting
• Business partnering with the wider team as required

Key Characteristics

• Adept with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong communicator
• Looking to complete further accountancy study
• Positive attitude to working as part of a team
• Prior finance experience working within a team
• Some prior experience working within financial reporting and budgeting
