Element Recruitment are pleased to be representing a long standing client for the appointment of a Finance Analyst into their growing finance function. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within financial analysis, and also be studying towards a relevant accountancy qualification 

Role & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the wider finance team to help support areas for continuous improvement
• Business partnering with internal functions,
• Communicating reports, analysis, and findings with external stakeholders
• Answering business queries within desired deadlines
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly monthly reporting
• Co ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes within the business
• Ad hoc support for the wider members of finance, deputising for the Senior Finance Analyst when needed.

Key Characteristics

• Studying towards a relevant accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, AAT) or equivalent experience
• Able to work fluently as part of a growing team
• Great communication skills
• High levels of attention to detail
• Prior experience of using Excel to a high standard
