Are you an organised, detail-driven finance professional looking for a role with a friendly, supportive team? Our client, a well-established business based in North Bristol, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join them on a part-time basis (30 hours per week).
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a good eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Processing invoices, payments and expenses
- Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
- Supporting the wider finance team with general administrative tasks
- Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any queries
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts admin role
- Confident using accounting software (experience with Xero, Sage or similar would be ideal)
- Strong Excel and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and great attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys being part of a small, close-knit team
