We’re working with a well-established organisation based in Devizes who are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their busy and supportive finance team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail who’s looking to develop their career within a reputable and stable company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the finance team with day-to-day administrative and transactional tasks
  • Processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders
  • Assisting with reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries
  • Supporting month-end and year-end finance processes
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role (essential)
  • Basic understanding of finance processes and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
