Element Recruitment are working with a leading professional services business based in Bristol who are looking for a Facilities Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This role involves providing general office support and handling post as well as ensuring security arrangements and assisting in various office tasks. The ideal candidate should have general office administration skills  with the ability to work to strict deadlines and provide excellent customer service! 

Role Overview:

  • General office administration support.
  • Handling external mail and providing efficient post-delivery service.
  • Liaising with storage providers for the safe storage and retrieval of documents
  • Assisting with office moves, fit-outs, and equipment relocations.
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Your skills and experience:

  • General office administration skills ideal
  • High level of customer service and the ability to deal professionally and calmly when speaking with stakeholders either  face to face, via Teams, email and on the telephone.
  • Ability to work to strict time deadlines, good time keeping and punctuality.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.

This role is an office based role paying up to £23,000 per annum, with a great benefits package, where you will be joining a supportive team!
