Your new role

You'll be working as a Police Control Room Operator within the Central operations room within Central Bath. You will be working in a proactive capacity to monitor Police radio traffic and will utilise Police units and associated services to deal accordingly.

You will also monitor CCTV cameras when requested to prevent crime and to assist with the investigations package to support the Cities objectives.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be a current or previous call centre handling experience in a high pressured environment. Being proactive and being able to work as part of a team is a prerequisite. You'll also be willing to under go security vetting.
