Document Specialist - Bristol

Element Recruitment are working with a leading Professional Services business based in Bristol who are looking for a Document Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. You will be joining an established team, providing administrative support to the wider business.

Your Role

  • Produce and amend various documents, presentations and correspondence with speed and accuracy.
  • Handle transcription of dictations, creation and amendment of presentations and diagrams.
  • Effectively manage the workflow system for timely document production.
  • Stay updated with current technology and tools to maintain an advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a client service ethos and outstanding organiastional skills.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines

This role has flexible hybrid working with one day per month in the Bristol office, a salary of £24,000 - £26,000 and a competitive benefits package.
