Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of customer service agents
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Assist with training new team members
  • Ensure KPIs and service standards are consistently met
  • Report on team performance and identify areas for improvement

  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
