Element Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing organisation in Bristol on a fantastic opportunity has for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Advisor to join their growing team.

You will take full responsibility for the efficient and effective administration of selected existing and prospective customer accounts. The position requires a highly organised individual who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

This role is initially available on a 3 month interim basis with a high chance of converting to a permanent contract afterwards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and acknowledging customer orders within tight deadlines
  • Managing customer queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Communicating lead times, order updates, and delays in a timely manner
  • Handling complaints, coordinating investigations, and ensuring responses are delivered within agreed timeframes
  • Maintaining accurate digital and physical records for audit compliance
  • Offering alternative product solutions where appropriate
  • Ensuring all CRM records are accurate and up to date
  • Working cross-functionally to ensure customer expectations are consistently met

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent planning ability
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to strict response times
  • Proactive, solution-focused, and customer-driven
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
