Customer Service Advisor - Bristol - West

Are you looking for a full time role? Do you have excellent Customer Service skills?

As Customer Service Advisor you will answer inbound calls and emails for business to business orders and queries. You will join a busy, dynamic and supportive team.

This is a permanent role paying £18,500 working 40 hours per week. Due to location you will need a car.

  • Answering inbound calls and emails
  • Processing orders on the in-house database system
  • Making outbound calls when requested to business to business clients
  • Actively record notes on the system
  • Resolving problems and dealing with queries

To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor role you will have:

  • A positive and enthusiastic approach
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Experience of working within an office environment
