What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling incoming calls and providing first-class support to customers
  • Offering accurate and helpful information about the company’s products and services
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products or services
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending the best possible solutions
  • Accurately updating customer records and maintaining database integrity
  • Ensuring professionalism and excellent phone etiquette at all times

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A confident and professional phone manner
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
  • A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
