Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and administration, and who is keen to build a long-term career within a technical or engineering environment.
The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers — handling enquiries, processing orders, and providing product and technical support (full training provided). You’ll also have the chance to learn about CAD and engineering design as part of your development within the company.
