Element Recruitment are hiring for a Culture & Engagement Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping and embedding a values-led culture within a well-established professional services organisation!

In this role you will be working closely with senior leadership and the wider HR team to help define and deliver the organisation’s people vision, strengthen employee engagement and champion initiatives that bring company values to life. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on influencing culture, enhancing employee experience and driving measurable people-focused outcomes.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and deliver people engagement and culture initiatives that strengthen organisational values and employee experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies that support Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and employee wellbeing.
  • Design programmes and initiatives that bring organisational values to life across the business.
  • Partner with managers and leaders, coaching them to become effective culture ambassadors.
  • Utilise people data, surveys and feedback to assess organisational health, identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Produce insightful reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with HR and Communications teams to ensure consistent cultural messaging and employee engagement.
  • Measure the success of engagement and culture initiatives through KPIs, surveys and feedback mechanisms.

About you:

  • Significant experience in a senior HR, Culture, Engagement, Organisational Development or Employee Experience role.
  • A proven track record of developing and delivering successful culture transformation, engagement or organisational development initiatives.
  • Experience creating and implementing EDI and wellbeing strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using people data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent knowledge of employee engagement, organisational development and culture change principles.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to operate at a senior level.
  • A collaborative, people-centric approach and genuine passion for enhancing workplace culture.
  • Experience presenting and reporting to senior leadership teams.
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.

This will be an initial fixed term contract role, with the potential opportunity for the role to become permanent. The role is paying upto £45,000 with flexible, hybrid working out of the Central Bristol office.
