Credit Controller - Bristol - West

We are working with a highly successful business based in Avonmouth who are looking to add a Credit Controller to their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in credit control or collections who is looking to join a supportive business offering long-term stability and progression.

As Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, and supporting the wider finance function.

Duties will include:

• Managing your own ledger of customer accounts
• Chasing outstanding debts by phone and email
• Allocating incoming payments and reconciling accounts
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Producing aged debtor reports and supporting month-end processes

We are looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in credit control, collections, or accounts receivable
• Confident communicating with customers over the phone and by email
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Proactive, with a problem-solving mindset
• A team player who enjoys working in a busy finance function
