Credit Controller - Bath

Element Recruitment are proud to be working with a well-established business in the Wiltshire area. They are looking for an experience Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.

Role:

• Manage your own ledger with a monthly target of aged debt in mind
• Allocate incoming payments
• Reconcile customer accounts
• Build excellent relationships with internal and external peoples
• Query resolution via telephone, face to face and email
• Manage Order Control for customers per their credit limits and expenditure

Skills:

• Previous experience in Credit Control is preferable but not essential
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• MS Excel basic skills
• The ability to work as part of a team and a friendly attitude
• A strong Customer Service background if no credit control experience
