Credit Controller | Central Bristol | £26,000 - £28,000

Element are pleased to be working with a successful professional services company based in Central Bristol who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their fast growing team.

The main focus for this role will be Providing support to the Credit Control team by:

Contacting clients via email and telephone to chase debts on a daily basis
Responding to clients regarding their enquiries
Keeping the ledgers up to date
Produce statements
Ad hoc tasks required by Credit Control Manager

You will need:

Excellent communication skills
Ideally 2 years Credit Control experience
Previous and strong customer service skills (face to face or via phone)
Great attention to detail and organisational skills
General understanding of Credit Control process
