Job Title: Credit Controller
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible, for the collection of third party debts; rents, sales and other ad hoc debt. You will minimise credit risk and bad debt whilst allowing maximum sales opportunities.
Specific duties will include:
Chasing of debts
Credit risk assessment within credit policy
Reconciliation of payments, and query resolution.
Ensuring compliance with company credit policy, controls, regulations and Service Level Agreements (SLA's).
You will operate in a culture of 'exceptional service, every time for everyone'.
You will support and develop effective internal and external relationships to allow for optimum Credit Management.
You will provide advice and training to others.
You will work to ensure debt levels are maintained in line with set Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and targets.
Skills and experience required:
Previous credit control experience
Excellent communication skills
High level of customer skills
Good PC skills to include MS Excel
