Credit Controller (German Speaking) - Nailsea

Element Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established manufacturing company in North Somerset. You must be either fluent or native German and a highly motivated individual for this Credit Control role.

This is an ongoing temporary role paying £12 – 14ph + holiday pay.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, will have the task of supporting the Finance Department in:

• Full ownership of the company’s German ledger
• Preparation of the weekly debt report
• Allocation BACS payments to customers accounts
• Issuing invoices to customers
• Requesting statements from customers to reconcile accounts
• Effectively communication with customers by telephone and in writing.
• Maintaining customers and price data
• Dealing with queries daily and resolving existing issues
• Investigating stock credit notes
• Management and raising of credit notes
• Chasing all outstanding debt via the phone or email.

QUAILIFICATIONS AND QUALITIES

The candidate will require strong IT skills, excellent communication skills and an ability to work effectively with differing teams from across the business.
