I'm delighted to be exclusively partnering with an industry leading, growing technology sector business, who are currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Lead to join their growing team. This is an autonomous role reporting in to an impressive Director of Aquisitions.

Responsibilities will include:

Seeking and negotiating new target acquisitions
Financial modelling and analysis
Due diligence both financial and legal
Raising capital

Your Profile:

ACA/ICAEW/ICAS/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant
Strong interpersonal/communication skills
Strong IT skills with Excel and ERP systems
desire to progress within a fast paced business
