Compliance Analyst - Bath

£25,000 - £35,000 - Administration & Business Support

Element Recruitment are excited to partner with a leading Global business based in Bath who are looking for a Risk & Compliance Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This is a new role within the business due to growth and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to grow their career in a data and reporting role with exposure to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Gather data and insights  to support with identifying key tasks and timelines and improvement of processes and systems.
  • Organise and maintain compliance information and give administrative support for wider teams.
  • Develop positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Collaborate on projects.
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports and presentations.
  • Support the overall success of the team by completing various administrative duties, as assigned.

About you:

  • Experience using MS Office products.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible approach with the ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
  • experience of working within a regulated business desirable 

This role is paying upto £35,000 per annum, with flexible hybrid working and a competitive benefits package as well as hybrid working.
