Commercial Finance Business Partner - Bristol - Central

Are you a qualified accountant with a high EQ? Do you enjoy challenging and influencing decisions? We're currently working with a leading professional services company to find a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is a pivotal role to the business as you will assist in business decisions, pricing and drive profit and improvements. They have offices based in Central Bristol and offer very flexible working (1 day in the office a week).

Responsibilities will include:

• Deliver commercial benefit through building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Identify profit improvement through analysis and discussion
• Support team leaders in presenting profit driving initiative plans
• Analysis of financial performance against budget
• Create pricing proposals
• Create monthly analysis and commentary on group performance
• Work closely with commercial reporting team to drive improvements
• Run budgeting and reforecasting processes

Your Profile:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ideally a background in practice or professional services (desirable not essential)
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience in presenting to stakeholders 
• A natural process improver
