Client Services Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are working with a leading consultancy based in Bristol who are looking for a talented Client Success Manager to join them on a permanent basis. In this role, you will be a key player in the launch of their new, market-leading client platform as well as building client relationships and ensuring the success of client projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and provide support to internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in growing and retaining a portfolio of customers
• Onboard new clients and set up the platform based on their unique structure and goals
• Monitor key client metrics and maintain client success data
• Provide training and support to empower clients in using the platform
• Build and deploy surveys, map data, and optimize the user experience

This role is based in Bristol, paying £28,000 - £38,000 with hybrid working and a competitive benefits package.
