Element Recruitment is working with a well-established professional services organisation based in Bath to support the search for a Client Services Coordinator to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for new clients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing new enquiries, understanding client needs, coordinating onboarding activities, and supporting the wider team to ensure an outstanding client experience from the very first interaction.

This is a varied position that combines customer service, administration, client onboarding, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online enquiries
  • Understanding client requirements and directing enquiries to the most appropriate team
  • Managing the onboarding process for new clients
  • Completing identity verification and compliance-related checks
  • Following up with prospective clients and maintaining engagement throughout the enquiry process
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Managing workflows, tasks, and client communications efficiently
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative and client service activities
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the client journey and onboarding process
  • Delivering a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused service at all times

About You:

  • Previous experience in a customer service, client services, administration, or coordination role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM or case management systems
  • Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proactive, professional, and solutions-focused
  • Experience within legal services, property, financial services, or another professional services environment would be advantageous but is not essential
