We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Client Operations Administrator to join one of our clients, a growing and forward-thinking financial services business based in Taunton.

Full-time role
Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm
Office-based

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, handling queries via phone, email, and in person
  • Provide a high standard of ongoing client service and manage expectations
  • Coordinate meetings, manage diaries, and prepare client documentation
  • Process new business applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support client reviews, including valuations, reports, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain accurate client records on CRM systems (Intelligent Office or similar)
  • Handle servicing requests such as policy updates, withdrawals, and claims
  • Produce and analyse management information and performance reports
  • Support forecasting, reporting, and wider operational activity
  • Assist with regulatory requirements and compliance processes
  • Contribute to process improvements and support internal projects
