Business Analyst Manager - Wiltshire

Do you have a vast experience as a Business Analyst? Are you able to lead a team?

Element Recruitment are working with a large company in Wiltshire, to help them find a Business Analyst Manager on a FTC basis for 12 – 18 months. You’ll lead the team as well as projects.

Up to £72,000

Hybrid, minimum 1 day in the office per week

Duties include:

• Lead the business analyst team to ensure that there are no conflicts relating to system configuration or process improvements
• Prioritise transformation project and continuous improvement activities to ensure that they link to corporate priorities
• Lead the business analyst team to ensure they work collaboratively as a team and across the business
• Ensure that system modules are configured so that the service area, organisation and our customers gain maximum benefit and efficiency
• Transformation project and continuous improvement activities to ensure that they link to corporate priorities
• Staff development

You will need:

• Prince2 or APM qualification (desirable)
• Relevant Business Analyst Qualification i.e. BCS, APMG
• Management experience
• A passion for project work
• Microsoft 365 Dynamics
• Microsoft Office Stack DevOps
• Excellent communication skills
• Keen to share knowledge and ideas with others
• Is flexible and willing to adapt approach when needed to get the best result
