Business Analyst (part-time) - Trowbridge

Element Recruitment are working with a public sector organisation in Trowbridge who are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic development position for someone who wants to grow their career within a growing team, that are passionate about driving continuous improvement!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate process analysis and re-engineering
  • Gather and define functional and non-functional business requirements
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for relevant systems
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and materials
  • Monitor and review helpdesk tickets to identify system opportunities
  • Participate in corporate projects and provide subject matter expertise
  • Maintain system documentation and work with the ICT department
  • Resolve business process configuration and functional issues

Requirements:

  • Degree level qualification
  • Relevant Business Analyst Qualification (e.g BCS, APMG) desirable 
  • Proven track record of change management and continuous improvement
  • Experience in process re-engineering, requirements gathering, and software configuration
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and communication skills

This role is 30 - 33 hours per week, offers hybrid working with 1 day per week in the office with a salary of £40,000 - £46,000 per annum FTE.
