Responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices using legal accounting software.
• Verify billing data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with organisational policies
• Enter financial data accurately into relevant systems, maintaining organised records
• Analyse billing reports to identify discrepancies or irregularities and resolve issues promptly
• Support telemarketing activities related to billing inquiries or client follow-ups
• Maintain professional phone etiquette when liaising with clients and internal departments.

Skills

• Previous experience within the legal industry.
• Experience in a billing role (or equivalent).
