Billing Assistant | £25,000 - £29,000 | Hybrid

Element Recruitment is pleased to be working with an award-winning firm in Bristol who are recruiting a Billing Assistant to join their dynamic billing team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse billing data to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Generate and distribute invoices to clients in a timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for billing purposes
  • Maintain accurate records of billing activities and transactions
  • Prepare reports on billing activities and trends for management review
  • Assist with month-end close processes related to billing and revenue recognition
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to billing procedures

The Candidate:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong processing skills with attention to detail 
  • Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)  
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
