Assistant HR Advisor required for a 9 month fixed term contract.
This is a newly created role to support the implementation of a new HR system. You will work with the wider HR team, department managers and external stakeholders.
As the Assistant HR Advisor your main focus will be to provide support for the development and implementation of the new HR system and provide training to other staff members in line with business requirements.
You will also be required to provide advice and guidance on general HR queries, escalating to HR Advisors as required. You will also oversee the recruitment and contracts administration work for the team and produce standard reports using Excel.
You will ensure all system are updated and undertake HR admin tasks as required.
The office is open plan and a staff rota is in place in order to provide a Covid Secure environment, some home working is available.
