Architectural Technician - Bristol - Bristol

A b corp  Architectural Practice in Bristol who breath the Social, Environmental and economic agenda. Having seen continued amount of growth over recent years. Due to this they are now require an Architectural Technician in their lively and ambitious team.

You will be working on Education, Commercial and Residential + more projects, you will be responsible for providing design drawings and presenting that back to the senior management team. You will also be responsible for providing detailed drawings ensuring you are applying Vectorworks techniques. Finally, as an Architectural technician you will be working closely with appointed architects and surveyors ensuring any research problems are resolved by finding innovative solutions. 

You will need to have recent experience and knowledge of UK building regulations, Vectorworks experience is essential. You will be a confident Architectural Technician / Technologist who is able to work on their own initiative.

With a concern for the social, Environmental and economic factors in design.
