Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming deliveries and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
  • Coordinate transport bookings where required
  • Act as a key point of contact between departments to support smooth operational flow
  • Accurately complete goods receipt and related administrative paperwork
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery or documentation queries
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date records and filing systems
  • Provide general administrative support to warehouse and operational teams

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident using computer systems and administrative software
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
