Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge? 

Element recruitment are working with a growing independent company, in North Bristol to help make a difference in day to day operations. They are looking for someone who is capable of developing relationships with customers and colleagues.

You would will be providing Administrator support to within their Fleet Team, in a permanent  role.

Duties will include:

  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders
  • Managing an email inbox
  • Being responsible for fuel card accounts
  • Input data into internal CRM systems, where required
  • Ensure that all service/maintenance requirements are communicated clearly
  • Manage Driving Licence checks of all employees using a company vehicle
  • Managing Invoices
  • Organising the post

 You will have:

  • Work experience within a similar position
  • Experience working within an office environment
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Be able to work off own initiative.
  • Able to complete tasks & meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
