Duties include:

  • Manage maintenance requests and coordinate repairs through the internal system
  • Ensure all properties remain fully compliant with safety standards (Fire, Gas, Electrical).
  • Schedule and oversee planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support smooth operations.
  • Monitor costs, negotiate with utility providers, and drive efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using Salesforce.

You will have:

  • Proven administrative and organisational experience.
  • Background in maintenance or facilities coordination (preferred).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
