A thriving accountancy practice in Exeter is looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for an AAT qualified and/or ACA/ACCA part-qualified accountant to take on responsibility for client accounts, tax returns, and mentoring junior staff.

What You’ll Do:
• Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
• Complete income tax returns accurately and on time
• Spot and flag client or technical issues for review
• Support and guide junior team members
• Manage multiple deadlines and workloads effectively

Qualifications/Experience required:
• AAT and/or ACCA qualified / part-qualified
• Practice experience is essential and ideally you’ll be coming from a similar role
• Confident with accounting and tax software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, accurate, and proactive
