An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic candidate to join a successful firm as an Accounts Payable Supervisor. As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will supervise a team of three and you will be vital to ensuring the accurate running of the Accounts Payable. This is a great opportunity to join very busy accounts department which is a part of a motivated and professional finance team.

Accountabilities

• Supervise and review workloads daily/weekly reporting the output of the team.
• Ensuring all invoices are processed in line with business policies.
• Ensure that AP team maintain effective supplier, and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure all suppliers are paid right first time.
• Work closely with senior management team.

Skills

• Strong team leading skills with a proven track record in leading, coaching and motivating a team.
• Strong background working in a fast-paced professional services background environment with a can-do attitude.
• Have a background of leading finance teams and be a confident team manager.
