Do you have end-to-end Accounts Payable knowledge?

Do you have previous experience in managing an Indian offshore team?

A thriving brand based in the South-West is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and mentor an Indian offshore team. The main purpose of this role is to manage the offshore team and ensuring that invoices are correctly processed, and all payments are made in a timely manner. You will be responsible for reviewing the monthly KPIs to monitor performance to meet the prompt payment requirement of at least 95% of suppliers paid to terms.

The ideal Accounts Payable Manager should be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes, vendor relations, and previous experience in managing an Indian offshore team. You should also have the ability to build teams and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Your Profile:

• Prior experience of management of an Indian offshore team
• Experience working within an operations facing finance team.
• Strong background in process improvement
• Strong communication skills
• Previous balance sheet reconciliation experience
• Oracle experience
