Accounts Payable / Transactional Manager - Bristol

Element Recruitment are pleased to be working with an industry-leading organisation in Bristol who are looking for an Accounts Payable / Transactional Manager to join their growing team! This position will be three days in the office, 2 days from home and is paying £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. 

You will be:

• Lead and mentor the accounts payable, receivable and credit control team, fostering a high-performance environment.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment disbursements, and vendor management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage daily finance operations including cash flow, bank reconciliations, and expense processing.
• Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare reports for senior management and provide insights for strategic decision-making

You will need:

• 5+ years in accounts payable or transactional finance, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
